The steps we take in creating
your email campaign

Set up
We create an account for your campaign that includes a database format for your list of subscribers and a sign up form that can be placed on your website or linked to. We’ll prepare a plan for your email including content suggestions and a production schedule.

Design
A polished, professional looking email message format will incorporate your brand personality, logo and colors. You’ll be presented with a proof to approve that looks like a finished email message. The campaign package price includes two series of proofs with opportunities to make amendments to ensure you are pleased with the finished design.

Subscriber List
If you don’t already have an email list started, we help you with suggestions and promotional materials to start building one. Otherwise, just provide us with existing list records, digital or printed, to enter into the subscriber database. Outside opt-in rental lists may be used to target specific interests and other criteria for prospecting.

Email Messages
We consult with you to suggest and define the topics of each email message, then write and/or edit the content and articles. We’ll incorporate photos and graphics to keep it interesting and send you a proof for approval before sending the email to your list. Once approved, we’ll schedule the deployment to your list and send it out.

Reporting
After one week, we’ll prepare a report that shows how many emails were delivered, opened, the number of unique clicks each link received and more. These measurable results will help us learn more about your audience and increase the effectiveness of future messages.
